With the completion of our Landings of Lake Gaston project in Littleton, NC in the coming weeks, Carolina Commercial marks a milestone. This 15th finished Senior Living community in North Carolina will mean that we have constructed and filled a need for over 1000 beds across the state, serving NC Seniors at all levels of care.

Since the first projects in Siler City and Zebulon, Carolina Commercial’s team has honed its skills and knowledge about these types of buildings. We have learned new building codes and state regulations, worked with many municipalities and state departments, integrated new and improved products and finishes, and figured out how to build the best safe, strong, clean, and efficient homes for our older citizens and their caregivers while staying on budget for our clients.

This most recent project includes assisted care and memory care, but we have built independent living apartments as well, giving us experience constructing facilities with many levels of service. Working with our many partners every step of the way, we take great pride in our finished senior community products and want these important residents to feel comfortable in them.
