Committed to Building Together

Carolina Commercial Contractors began in 1998 as The Keller Group with the construction of The Oaks, a multi-family housing complex in Sanford, North Carolina. The success of the project led to more work in the Triangle area, spurred growth within the company and inspired us to change our name.

Family-owned and operated since its inception, Carolina Commercial Contractors is now led by W. Carter Keller and O.A. (Buddy) Keller, III. Over the years, we’ve expanded and adapted to meet the challenges we seek while never straying from our roots. To this day, we are unwavering in our commitment to integrity, quality and strong partnerships both in and outside the company.

We uphold these values throughout all aspects of the building process and have established strong relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, municipalities, financial institutions and other stakeholders in our development and construction projects. These include self-storage facilities, assisted living complexes, elegant office buildings and more.

With experience all over the state of North Carolina as well as in South Carolina and Virginia, we bring a high level of expertise and quality to every step of the process, offering personalized service and extensive knowledge across all types of commercial construction.
