Today’s Employee Spotlight recognizes TJ Hawkins, one of our Field Assistants. TJ has been working primarily in Pittsboro on the Sanctuary at Powell Place multi-family project. TJ is from Sanford, NC and enjoys Wrightsville Beach but has also traveled out of the country and loved Paris. He’s a forever NC State fan.

When asked about the fallout for him from the pandemic, TJ says that it has made him realize how important family time is and he does not take it for granted any more. “I think it will really make us appreciate holiday gatherings and cook-outs,” he says.

He enjoys working at CCC because he feels like he is supported and actively encouraged to do better. “I would like to improve my overall management skills,” says TJ.

Two last things to note: He is definitely a dog person and would covet a bright red Ferrari 488.
