Today’s employee spotlight shines on Jessie McDougald, the newest addition to our office team at Colon Road. Jessie is the Construction Administrative Assistant, which means she keeps our project managers and their on-site teams straight ( a full-time job for certain). She also works hand in hand with our AP department, entering invoices  and communicating with vendors.

Jess’s go-to vacation spot is pretty much any beach, but Carolina Beach and Ocean Isle are two favorites. She is a through-and-through NC State Wolfpack fan, and is enjoying the challenges of learning her new job. She is a life-long learner and enjoys the process of gaining knowledge about a new subject. When asked what one new skill she would like to learn, she could not pick – Jess just wants to keep exploring new things!

Jess says that COVID has really made her family slow down and enjoy time spent together. If she could have any vehicle, it would be a red Mercedes Benz C63, and she is definitely a dog person.
