Today’s employee spotlight features Chase Dodson. Chase is one of our Superintendents and recently oversaw the renovation of the TLC Home in Sanford. That is completed and he is now on site in Brunswick County running one our current senior living construction projects.

Chase is from Sanford. He says the best thing about COVID occurred during the initial lockdown when all the restaurants were closed. “Home-cooked meals and everyone around the dinner table. It was like Thanksgiving every night!”

Chase is a born and bred Tarheel fan, a dog person, and maintains that Disney is his favorite vacation spot (it IS the “happiest place on earth”).  If possible, he would drive the Bat Mobile as his vehicle of choice.

A new skill that Chase would like to learn is welding. “It’s just something I never took the time to learn but it would really come in handy sometimes.” His favorite part about working for CCC is the atmosphere and company culture. “It’s a great team atmosphere. Everyone has the same goals in mind and there is no competition or anything like that. Whether it’s calling the office, talking to a Project Manager or a fellow Superintendent, everyone is helpful to each other.”
