On July 12, 2023, CCC team members gathered with ALG Senior and the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce for a commemorative groundbreaking ceremony at the future home of the Springs of Ballentine located at 40 Rawls Club Rd, Fuquay-Varina, NC.

As small towns around the Triangle continue to grow, access to senior living communities for the growing senior citizen population is vital. Having completed over 20 senior living communities in their 25 years of business, Carolina Commercial Contractors is looking forward to constructing this assisted living facility in a neighboring town. The Springs of Ballentine specializes in memory care, adopting a highly respectful and professional approach to services for every resident. Recognizing that the journey of caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementia is unique, the team of specially-trained care professionals is dedicated to assisting individuals through each step. The community offers the highest quality of care in a spacious and comfortable setting, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.

ALG Senior’s Development Project Manager, Kinch Waldrep, President of the Fuquay Varina Chamber of Commerce, Dustin Williams, and Carolina Commercial Contractors’ Project Manager, Chase Dodson, pushed gold shovels into the ground to commemorate the occasion. Other notable attendees included representatives from the North Carolina Department of Public Safety, and other employees from both ALG Senior and Carolina Commercial Contractors.
