Carolina Commercial Contractors is a commercial general contractor, primarily working in North Carolina. We are searching for a motivated construction superintendent with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Senior Living, Multi-Family, or Commercial Construction. Some travel throughout North Carolina required. Salary will be based on experience.

Description

Our Construction Superintendents are responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. Our Superintendents oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, quality control, and maintain a clean jobsite. They maintain and review the punch list process to ensure all issues are addressed and executed in a timely manner.

We’re Looking For:

• Strong management skills;
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Functions effectively as part of a team;
• Strong decision making/problem solving skills;
• Excellent time management and organizational skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• 3+ years of industry experience.

These are NOT required, but a plus

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Workeragement or equivalent desired;
• 5+ years of industry experience
• OSHA certification
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Procore experience
