CCC is pleased to announce it has been awarded the contract for Building 5 along Highway 15-501 at South Creek Chapel Hill. As we continue work on Building 11, we begin vertical construction of the 7-story Building 5, the second structure to take shape at South Creek.

Designed by FMK Architects, with interior selections and design by Urbanik Interiors, this building houses 68 condominium homes, including 2 penthouse suites. There are a mix of 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom floorplans available.
