CCC Donates Structures for Swansboro Fire Department Training

Swansboro, NC – No, these dramatic photos aren’t from any of our active construction or completed projects! On Friday, July 18, the Swansboro Fire Department—joined by multiple regional agencies—conducted a live fire training exercise on two buildings located at the future site of Flybridge, a mixed-use development by Keller Development.

CCC donated the vacant structures to the Town of Swansboro Fire Department as a training opportunity. The department coordinated a full-scale training event, capitalizing on the rare chance to train in a realistic environment.

“We are grateful for the opportunity you provided for our department and regional partners to train on these abandoned structures,” said Swansboro Fire Department Chief Jacob Randall. “In total, over 150 fire and emergency services professionals, representing more than 30 counties and two states, gained invaluable experience during these exercises.”

CCC is proud to support the brave men and women who serve and protect our communities.
