Pittsboro, NC – Carolina Commercial Contractors has been awarded the contract to build the new Green Beagle Lodge II. The project is a second location for the Chapel Hill-based original Green Beagle Lodge and is designed by Shaw Design out of Chapel Hill. This brand new pet care, boarding and day care facility will offer Chatham County residents and their animals a top-notch experience. With over 20,000 heated square feet and 10,000 square feet of outdoor spaces, this project offers lots of room for its staff and customers ( both the two-legged and the four-legged kind). While within CCC’s scope, since we have built numerous care facilities for humans, a pet-care facility is definitely something different for CCC, and we can’t wait to get started. The plans include boarding areas, grooming and “spa” areas, as well as lots of outdoor space with plenty of activities for pets. Located close to Chatham Park, this project will provide much needed services to all the new and existing pet owners in and around Chatham County. A groundbreaking celebration will take place on August 16 and work begins immediately.
