Swansboro  – Affinity Living Group (ALG) has broken ground on a new 38,000 square-foot senior living community on Swansboro Loop Road in Swansboro, NC. The Landings of Swansboro, a design and build project by Carolina Commercial Contractors (CCC) out of Sanford, NC, will offer 54 assisted living beds as well as 24 memory care beds. The project will bring more than 35 new jobs to the area.

Landings of Swansboro will feature an open and airy lobby, a large dining area, theatre, business center, private dining room, outdoor activity spaces, private and semi-private rooms, and a family parlor.
