Hertford, NC – Carolina Commercial Contractors has broken ground on a new 46,000 square-foot senior living community on South Church Street in Hertford. The Landings of Albemarle, a design and build project by Carolina Commercial Contractors out of Sanford, NC, will offer 50 assisted living beds as well as 24 independent living apartments. The project will bring more than 50 new jobs to the area.

The Landings of Albemarle will feature an open and airy lobby, a large dining area, a beauty salon, an activity room, game room, outdoor activity spaces, private and semi-private assisted living rooms, and a family parlor. The independent living units each include an additional living space.
