Chapel Hill, NC – Carolina Commercial is so pleased to begin the vertical construction at South Creek, a mixed-use development in Chapel Hill, just across from Southern Village on Highway 15-501.

South Creek, developed by Beechwood Carolinas, will have up to 815 apartments, condominiums and townhomes in a range of prices. There will also be up to 52,000 square feet of commercial space.

Carolina Commercial is building the very first structure on site, Building 11, designed by FMK Architects out of Charlotte, a 6-story building that houses a parking garage, 92 apartments homes, as well as retail spaces.

Estimated completion is 16-18 months.
