Project Manager Dave Richardson started with CCC in 2018. Dave runs a tight ship on his projects, which include the new Wilkinson automotive dealership in Sanford, a massive senior living project in Hertford, NC, the recent TLC Home renovation, and many more. He likes to be busy and enjoys the fact that a PM job is different every day.

Dave is from Sanford, backs the Pack, and spends time with his family at Holden Beach whenever he can. The pandemic has allowed more time at home with family, and he has enjoyed this aspect of the last year. He has also enjoyed the fact that our industry has continued to function and thrive throughout the last months.

A new skill that Dave would like to learn is how to be a crane operator. He is definitely a dog person. If Dave could have any vehicle, he would drive a lime green Fiat. Not really. Dave would not commit to a dream vehicle, and said that as long as it gets him from A to B he is not particularly picky about what he drives. The company truck does suit him, though. Always practical, Dave also has a wicked sense of humor.
