Though Sanford’s newest hotel had been open for guests for a few months, the official ribbon-cutting on December 11, 2024 was a momentous occasion. Community leaders, SAGA members, representatives from management company Crown Management, Home2 Suites Sanford employees, CCC team members and the hotel owners enjoyed time together celebrating the completion and successful launch of this brand new extended-stay hotel.

With holiday decorations making for a festive backdrop and yummy food provided by local vendors, ceremony guests enjoyed tours of hotel amenities and guest suites.

For the CCC team, the completion marked our first hotel project, with more on the horizon.
