PITTSBORO, NC – Carolina Commercial Contractors (CCC) began clearing land for Medley at Northwood Landing, Chatham County’s newest apartment community. Medley will offer 312 multi-family housing units when completed in 2024.

Medley’s garden-style apartment homes include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in 3-story buildings. Residents will have access to many luxury amenities including modern finishes, a fully-equipped gym, pool and cabana areas, a conference room, unit porches, ample parking, and garages.

Located within Northwood Landing, Medley is an easy walk from the area’s many retailers and service-providers, to include a Lowe’s Foods and a First Health primary care medical center. The community is also easily accessible to US-64 and Highway 15-501.

Designed by architecture firm Finley Design, the modern-looking apartment community will be managed by Rampart Property Management out of Sanford, NC. Other partners include Lighthouse Engineers, Stewart Engineering and CE Group, all based in Raleigh, NC.

Medley at Northwood Landing will be Carolina Commercial Contractor’s second multi-family housing community development in Pittsboro; the first, Sanctuary at Powell Place, also managed by Rampart, was sold in 2022 for $91M to Aldon Management Corp., based in Bethesda, Maryland.
