April 18, 2022

Huntersville, NC – Carolina Commercial Contractors (CCC) has been awarded the contract to build Symphony Park, a $100M luxury Independent Living resort-style community.

The 320-unit Symphony Park is 381,000 square feet, with 55,000 square feet comprised of amenity spaces. The 35-acre site is located on Sam Furr Road in Huntersville, NC. Scheduled for completion in early 2024, owner Jake Palillo and partner Bourne Financial Group teamed with BB+M Architecture to create the one-of-a-kind campus that includes three separate residential buildings and the resort style Amenity Center.

The Amenity Center includes an Indoor Pool with Country Club Locker Room, an Exhibition Kitchen, a Cocktail Lounge, a Market Place and a Chapel, among other things, on its comprehensive list of activity and engagement rooms.

Each Residential Building has its own distinct style, and the unit homes feature quartz tops, keyless access, tiled bathrooms and showers, and premium finishes throughout. Soaring ceilings, marble flooring, wood-paneled walls, and hardwood floors are some of the details included in the airy lobbies and shared spaces in each building. The many thoughtful details included make this project something very exciting to build, and we are grateful for the opportunity.” Construction begins in May.

“This plan for Symphony was a labor of love and the culmination of many hours of research and work by all involved. We feel Carolina Commercial is the right fit to see it to completion. I can’t wait to get started,” says Symphony Owner, Jake Palillo.
